Raymond C. Pelote, Esquire
Raymond C. Pelote is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (1997) and New England Law (2002), where he was a member of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.
Admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island since 2002, Mr. Pelote is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations.
Mr. Pelote focuses his practice on various areas of law including Business Law and Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Foreclosures, Bankruptcy Law and Litigation, Eviction Proceedings, Real Estate Title Disputes, Title Insurance Litigation, Receivership Proceedings, Replevins, Condominium Litigation, Workouts, Internal Sexual Harassment Investigations, and Severance Agreements.

Brooke M. Jacobs, Esquire
Brooke M. Jacobs is a dedicated attorney admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2024, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Association.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Jacobs gained extensive experience as a full-time paralegal, working in real estate transactions, business formations, contract review, and various aspects of transactional business law, all while attending law school in the evenings.
A graduate of Bridgewater State University (2017), Ms. Jacobs is also involved with the American Bar Association’s Sports and Entertainment Forum, where she was part of the inaugural mentorship program and now serves as a committee member. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and remains committed to providing her clients with knowledgeable, practical, and personalized legal guidance.
